Confessions of a Two and Half Year Old
So while my son and I were talking earlier this morning, the following conversation occurred after I responded to something he said:
Son: "Don't talk back, Daddy!"
Daddy (playfully): "What! I didn't talk back, you were talking back to me!"
Fairly long pause.
Son (in a quiet, contemplative voice): "Sometimes I talk back to Mommy."
A somewhat shorter pause.
Son (in the same quiet, contemplative voice): "Sometimes I don't listen."

That's a classic convo! Koll says the cutest things. I wish we lived closer so that Noah could hang out with two of his most favorite cousins! We love you guys!!!!
